That time is approaching fast -when kittens start to leave home.
It has been a journey, finding the right homes for each kitten.
Nimes decided that she was staying put. When she was 6 weeks old, she had concussion following a fall, (we think, she is not telling!) and needed a bit of extra TLC. She is a hair-chewer, sitting on my shoulder or on the back of the chair, to attack ears!
Bradley - renamed Angus, is going to be a Vet's cat, for my son, James. James is starting his career in Market Rasen, and needs the support of an active companion and Angus will soon get used to travelling at weekends, coming 'home' on regular trips. He may show up at a few shows, as he is looking super, not flash, but still breed standard.
Elvira, the other choc point, is joining her grandmother's family, and her new owner (Linda Dinsdale) is hoping that she will fit in with her crew, I am sure that it will be fine!
Finally Celia Seal. She was originally booked to go to a lovely couple, but a change in health circumstances has prevented that. After a few 'potentials' we have now linked her to a lovely home-from-home in Ripon, where her new family (if it all works out) have sheep, bees, dogs and it all sounds great!
It is going to be very sad, dividing the family up, but they all need more individual attention now, to bring out their own characters. At least Rennes will have Nimes staying, Celia will be here for a few more weeks and Brad (No, Angus) will be a Helicopter Kit, reappearing with regularity!
