Our first Exemption Show was held on 10th July 1976 managed by Ron and Mary Hutton.  Our first Sanction Show was held on 24th June 1978 managed by Brigid Oakley and Carol Pike. Our first Championship Show was held on 19th July 1980 managed by Carol Pike. At our first Championship Show we had entered 12 Seal Point male adults, 22 female adults, 17 male kittens, 21 female kittens and 17 male neuters. Female neuters at that time had one class only for all colours; it was not so popular then to show spayed females, and there were only 2 Seal Points entered in a class of 6. There was but one Grand Champion/Grand Premier Class for both males and females.

We now hold our show back to back with the Siamese Cat Society of the British Empire and both shows hold classes for all colours and patterns of Oriental as well as the usual Siamese, Balinese and Household Pets.

  • Rosettes for First, Second and Third Placings in the Open Classes
  • Rosettes for Best of Breed and Household Pet Best of Group
  • Special Rosettes for Winner and Reserve in Olympian, Imperial and Grand Classes
  • Rosettes for Miscellaneous Classes, Charity Classes and Club Classes*
  • Special Rosettes for Best Siamese and Oriental Male & Female Adult, Kitten and Neuter and Best Pedigree and Non-Pedigree Household Pet.
  • Rosettes and prize money will be given out on Show Day.
*All Club Specials, which are offered in the Catalogue, are confined to Fully paid-up Members. Please make sure you have paid your subscription, to avoid disappointment.
